In the past, whenever steel structures needed to be protected against the effects of wind and weather, it was usually necessary to apply three layers of coating. Corrosion protection using polyaspartics, on the other hand, only requires two layers: a primer and the topcoat Intercure® 99 from AkzoNobel International Paint, based on polyaspartic binders from the Desmophen® NH range from Bayer MaterialScience. The quality testing ensures that both layers are applied correctly.
